If you're anything like me, one of your favorite past times in the summer months is firing up the charcoal grill and cooking up new recipes. And one of the things I loved about this book was how it captured the essence of each team with unique and cultured recipes that state that everyone is a part of our great American baseball teams. This book is a wonderful gift for a baseball fan or even just someone who loves the grill and cooking things just right.I think the biggest challenge of making this was keeping my temperature just right on the grill, it takes a long time to cook a 6lb brisket. But it came out so perfectly I am very satisfied with the results.
